Silksluxurylifestyle is seeking a full-time Housekeeper for a private estate near Guildford, Surrey Hills. You will join a small household team, lead by example, and maintain high standards across three houses while providing front-of-house service when the family is in residence.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and own car, with shifts mainly Monday to Friday, 8-hour days, and some weekend cover when needed. Salary around £42,000+ depending on experience.

Formación

• Proven housekeeping experience in private households or luxury settings.
• Hands-on cleaning, laundry and care for different materials and finishes.
• Front-of-house experience is welcome, but learning is valued equally.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out thorough daily cleaning and scheduled deep cleans across three houses.
• Maintain excellent cleanliness, presentation and organisation.
• Care for fine furnishings, delicate surfaces and household belongings.
• Handle laundry, ironing, linen changes and wardrobe care to a high standard.
• Prepare bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas for family and guests.
• Report maintenance issues and stock needs to the Estate Manager.
• Provide attentive, discreet service when the family is in residence.
