Job summary

Exclusive Household Staff seeks a seasoned Live-In Housekeeper for a luxury Oxshott estate. The role involves 50 hours per week, with 13,500 sq ft of space, full board and a £70 weekly food allowance. Accommodation is a self-contained annex with its own entrance. Start date: 01/12/2026. Reports to the House Manager.

Candidates should have 5+ years in high-end residences or luxury hotels, exceptional discretion, and the ability to coordinate with family needs and contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years verifiable experience in large-scale estate or luxury hospitality.
• Calm, proactive and adaptable demeanor with absolute discretion.
• Willing to sign an NDA and maintain privacy and lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Implement daily/weekly/monthly deep-cleaning rotation for a 13,500 sq ft home.
• Maintain luxury surfaces, fabrics and finishes (marble, leather, linens).
• Daily bed-making, linen changes and guest suite presentation.
• Supervise housekeeping standards across all living areas and spaces.
• Oversee laundry, packing and seasonal wardrobe management.
• Co-ordinate with House Manager and external contractors as needed.
• Occasionally provide sole-charge babysitting and after-school support.
