• Strong UK tax experience in a professional services or advisory setting.
• Experience on complex transactions and deal-related tax.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Commercial/strategic mindset to align with transaction goals.
• Experience supervising junior professionals.

Responsibilities

• Advise private equity clients on transaction tax matters.
• Lead tax projects including tax due diligence, restructuring, tax structuring, modelling and SPA review.
• Build strong client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
• Provide commercially focused advice, balancing technical excellence with the wider objectives of each transaction.
• Work closely with tax specialists across multiple jurisdictions and disciplines.
• Manage projects effectively, including planning, budgets, deadlines and risk.
• Supervise, coach and develop junior team members.
• Contribute to the strategic development and growth of the transaction tax team.
