My client are private equity recruitment specialists based in the city of London who focus on placing Finance into Private Equity backed companies nationwide and across Europe. They have enjoyed some extraordinary success, having had their best quarter since inception and 50% growth year on year, they are looking to expand by 8 or 9 consultants in the next 6 month with a goal of becoming 100 fee earning consultants in the next 5 years. They are looking for their next leaders to bring them to this target.

What they are looking for

They are looking for candidates who have experience within the finance recruitment sector or who have ambitions to work in the finance sector who have recruitment experience, this business has an excellent training structure which can teach the finance sector. The business has their very own training and development manager with weekly training courses to ensure their consultants can be the best you can be.

Team and opportunities

They have an executive search team, a perm and an interims team, with consultants billing and earning very well.

Remuneration and incentives

My client can offer a strong remuneration package with a commission structure going up to 50%, They run loads of incentives for individuals, teams and the company overall.
