Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' working experience, with at least 7 years in PE buyout/growth firms.
• Demonstrable ability to independently source deal flow.
• Proven track record in sourcing and managing investments.

Responsibilities

• Source investment opportunities and present findings to the Investment Committee.
• Lead transaction execution for successful acquisitions.
• Conduct investment research and due diligence on potential investments.
