Job summary

Gen II in Guernsey seeks an experienced client operations leader to oversee onboarding and migration for new clients, working with a team of administrators to ensure first-class service to team clients. You will also maintain and develop relationships with clients and promote Gen II’s professional image through service excellence.

You will be responsible for administering a portfolio of complex and key clients in line with defined business activities, including coaching and developing the team

Qualifications

• 6 years’ relevant industry experience.
• Table 4 qualification.
• At least 3 years’ supervisory experience.
• Detailed understanding of local finance industry, legislation and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of clients including complex and key clients.
• Oversee the administration team.
• Responsible for the team’s financial management.
• Ensure adherence to internal company procedures.
• Develop and enhance team procedures.
• Review and sign off on capital activity; manage debt.
• Liaise with intermediaries and external agents for team clients.
• Assist with client acceptance of new clients.
• Lead and drive business change including adoption of new technologies.
• Develop training and coach team in client activities and regulatory environment.
• Monitor aged debts and review accounts/financial statements.
