Job description

We are delighted to be working closely with this Magic Circle firm in their search for a new mid to senior level Private Equity Associate to join their Band 1 practice.

This team enjoys access to a diverse range of market leading PE deals, boasting one of the most established and well-regarded PE practices both in the UK and internationally. The successful candidate can expect to enjoy an autonomous client facing role, whilst benefiting from the highest quality of work, training and support. Associates enjoy a collaborative environment and benefit from working as part of a large team, which includes dedicated PSLs, paralegals and a work allocation manager.

The ideal candidate will be 3-6 PQE coming from a recognised law firm in London, Australia or New Zealand, with extensive mid to large cap PE buyout experience (working for the sponsor).
