The successful candidate will have at least 2 years PQE, ideally from a top‑tier firm, with strong academics and a commercial client‑oriented approach. London office, full‑time, on‑site position.

Formación

• Corporate lawyer with minimum 2 years post‑qualification experience.
• Preferably from a top‑tier UK, US, Australian or NZ law firm.
• Strong private equity and M&A experience.
• Excellent academics, drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial mindset and collaborative client service approach.
