Montresor has an exclusive instruction to recruit a circa 4-6 PQE Private Equity M&A lawyer on behalf of a leading international law firm.

The firm has an established mid-market practice, handling a wide range of sponsors and inclusive of growth equity mandates. Significant investment from the firm's executive committee into private capital in London has been made, including a recent major partner acquisition. The firm aims to further expand its team.

This role exists due to the team's strong performance and strategic growth plans. It offers an excellent opportunity for long-term career development, with a demonstrable gap at this level.

You will have the opportunity to lead deals, guide junior team members, and participate in business development activities. Candidates may be private equity specialists or have experience in private equity combined with other areas such as M&A, portfolio management, secondaries, or ad-hoc matters.
