Due to significant growth, they are seeking additional Private Equity Associates for their top-ranked London office. Candidates should have:

1. Strong academics and intellectual rigor
2. 2-5 years' post-qualification experience in transactional Private Equity, preferably from a US or international firm
3. A practical, down-to-earth approach
4. Commercial awareness and adaptability to fast-paced, challenging environments
5. Confidence and professionalism in client and colleague interactions

Candidate Profile

They are seeking pure private equity lawyers, not candidates with mixed corporate experience. Foreign-qualified lawyers with high-quality Private Equity experience in London are encouraged to apply. Ideally, candidates will have qualified and gained experience in the City.
