Qualifications

• Up to 3 years PQE, although more senior lawyers may also be considered.

This UK headquartered international law firm has a market leading private equity group and is seeking to recruit a junior associate to join them. The team are keen to meet with candidates with up to 3pqe (although more senior lawyers may also be considered).

The team advise on buy-out, leveraged transactions, buy and build, distressed situations and exit strategies as well as general corporate and M&A work. The team is particularly known for its expertise in tech and this role would be ideal for someone with experience in the tech sector, or someone looking to gain more exposure to to it., although the role will not be purely tech focused. The clients are prestigious and the majority of the work is cross-border, complex and cutting edge. Associates are encouraged to build their own client relationships and work closely with partners to become true specialists.
