Private Equity Investment Manager – Single Family Office

A rare opportunity to join a well-established single family office in London with a diverse portfolio of direct investments across private and public companies. The private investment office is seeking an experienced private equity professional to lead transactions and play an active role across a sector agnostic portfolio. This is a broad and hands-on position working closely with the Investment Director and CEO, offering full deal exposure and board-level engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full investment lifecycle, from origination and due diligence through to execution and portfolio management
  • Build and manage relationships with portfolio company management teams, contributing to strategy and value creation
  • Support M&A activity, capital raising, and operational improvement initiatives
  • Oversee portfolio monitoring, valuations, and investment reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure effective deal structuring and governance
Experience
  • 5-10+ years of experience in direct private equity, corporate development, or M&A
  • Proven track record in executing mid-market transactions
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
