Job summary

CPP Investments in London is seeking an Analyst, Funds to support evaluation, execution and monitoring of private equity fund commitments and co-investments. You will work with colleagues from analyst through MD on investment research, financial analysis and due diligence.

Qualifications

• Experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity or related field.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, research and analytical skills.
• Ability to assess complex information and communicate conclusions clearly to senior colleagues.
• Foundational understanding of the private equity ecosystem.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deal processes.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate and support private equity fund commitments and direct equity co-investments.
• Use proprietary data to conduct investment research, financial modelling, valuation, market analysis and due diligence.
• Support multiple deal teams, balancing priorities and delivering accurate, decision-ready analysis.
• Prepare and present investment opportunities for investment committee discussions.
• Develop relationships with private equity firms, limited partners and other market participants.
• Collaborate across Private Equity on strategic projects that advance CPP Investments’ priorities.
