Qualifications

• Accounting qualification (ACA or ACCA preferred) with familiarity of UK/US/Lux GAAP.
• Partially-qualified candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience considered.
• Strong written and oral communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Excel and financial systems such as Investran.

Responsibilities

• Provide premier client service and build relationships with Investment Advisor and third parties.
• Develop knowledge of client bespoke requirements and key processes.
• Resolve complex issues and queries with clients and internal teams.
• Deliver client tasks on time and coordinate team efforts to meet deadlines.
• Assist with fund administration, accounting, and reporting across GAAP standards.
• Support risk management, controls, and efficiency initiatives within the team.
