Job description

Seeking a highly experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Partner and Associate

This is a unique opportunity to work across a senior leadership teams within a dynamic financial services environment.

The role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and poise.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support: Manage complex diaries, screen correspondence, prepare expense reports, and coordinate domestic and international travel.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, understanding their priorities and communication styles.
Meeting Management: Organise and prepare for meetings, including pre-reading materials, and follow-up actions.
Prioritisation: Manage conflicting demands and deadlines with confidence and efficiency.
You will have:-
Experience supporting senior executives, ideally within financial services or a similarly fast-paced, regulated environment.
Strong understanding of financial services in particular Private Equity, Investment, Hedge Funds
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and collaboration tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and Zoom.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
A proactive problem-solver with a calm, professional demeanour.
