Job summary

EY is seeking a Domain Analyst - Assistant Director to develop subject matter expertise in domains such as technology or sustainability and deliver insights to senior stakeholders. You will work with the Domain Lead Analyst to drive EY's growth ambitions and provide strategic advice on domain developments.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in a professional services or similar environment.
• Strong analytical abilities and effective communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to share insights across EY domains.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong internal brand; become recognized EY expert in topic areas.
• Engage with senior Domain stakeholders to provide commercial perspectives.
• Present to internal EY stakeholders; support account meetings and client events.
• Create commercial impact by activating insights across the EY network.
• Collaborate with Domain stakeholders to support business development and service delivery.
• Co-create insights with EY SMEs and present them clearly and compellingly.
• Lead creation of insights in areas of specialism leveraging EY knowledge.
• Identify opportunities for cross-Domain collaboration across EY teams.
• Synthesize diverse perspectives to develop convincing insights that drive results.
• Identify trends and translate them into market-facing initiatives for EY.
• Coach junior team members to improve research, analysis, data analytics, and visualization.
