Job description

A leading global investment platform with a strong track record in infrastructure is seeking a highly motivated and commercially astute Associate to join its London-based private equity team. The team focuses on sourcing, executing, and managing infrastructure and energy transition investments across the UK and continental Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in all stages of the investment process including origination, due diligence, financial modeling, deal structuring, and execution.
  • Conduct market analysis and research to identify investment opportunities in core and core-plus infrastructure sectors.
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
  • Prepare investment committee materials and support internal approval processes.
  • Work closely with portfolio companies to support value creation initiatives, operational improvements, and strategic development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across a global platform including legal, tax, and operational teams.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or infrastructure advisory.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with a deep understanding of valuation techniques.
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in infrastructure, energy, transport, utilities, or digital sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong academic background from a top-tier university.
  • European language skills are a plus but not required.
