Ethos is a new expert network built by a McKinsey/SoftBank/DeepMind team and backed by world-leading investors. We partner with a leading AI lab to source experienced private equity associates who will train a language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

We seek associates with 3+ years at a PE fund to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations for investment memos, LBO outputs, portfolio reviews, 100-day plans, LP reports, and exit decks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a deal-facing role at a private equity fund.
• Strong expertise in IC materials, portfolio reporting, and investment storylines.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
