My client is an international law firm with multiple offices in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. They are looking for a mid-level associate to join their dedicated private equity team.
This team is well known for its activity in the London mid-market, where they advise a variety of clients such as PE houses, VC investors, and management teams on all sorts of transactions ranging from leveraged buyouts, management buyouts/ins, and VC & growth investments.
Although a sector-agnostic team, they have advised on deals in sectors such as technology, energy/infrastructure, healthcare, retail, and consumer.
3-6 PQE corporate lawyers who have strong London private equity experience are encouraged to get in touch.
