Private Equity Associate (2-4 PQE), London

We’re working with a leading international law firm looking to grow their private equity team in London. This is a great opportunity for a mid-level Associate to join a practice known for advising top-tier sponsors on complex, high-value transactions.

You’ll be involved in buyouts, bolt-ons, exits and co-investments across a range of sectors, working with an impressive client base that includes some of the most active funds in the market. The team operates across borders and is consistently busy with premium work.

They’re collaborative, well-structured and focused on associate progression, with plenty of support and client exposure from day one.

What they’re looking for:

• 2–4 PQE from a respected corporate or PE team
• Strong transactional experience and technical ability
• A commercial approach and confidence working with clients

Salary: £140,000 - £160,000 + bonus
