Job summary

Taylor Root seeks a talented associate with 1–5 years’ PQE in private equity or leveraged buyouts to join the London Private Equity team of a leading US law firm. The Role

You will join the London Private Equity team, which acts as a hub for European and cross-border deal activity spanning the full investment lifecycle. Typical mandates include platform acquisitions, complex carve-outs, take-private transactions, growth investments, co-investments and strategic disposals. The work is highly varied and requires close interaction with colleagues across multiple international offices and practice areas.
