Responsibilities

• Advise private equity houses, institutional investors, and management teams on acquisitions, disposals, and investments.
• Drafting and negotiating share and asset purchase agreements, investment agreements, and shareholders' agreements.
• Managing due diligence processes and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
• Supporting fund formation, structuring, and portfolio company matters.
• Work closely with partners on high-value, complex transactions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

The Role
