About the firm:

An elite US law firm, known for its robust and highly regarded Private Equity and M&A practice, is going through a period of growth and is recruiting for 2-8 PQE Lawyers to join their London office.
Role Overview

As part of the role, you will handle a wide range of transactions, including leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, divestitures, venture capital investments, and fund formations.

This will service clients across numerous industries, including financial services, technology, healthcare, and more.

Private Equity Focus:

  • The firm is particularly known for its strong presence in mid-market and large-cap private equity deals.
  • You will represent private equity funds, portfolio companies, and other key players in the industry.

M&A Capabilities:

  • The M&A group is consistently recognised for its work in both domestic and international transactions.
  • You will advise on various M&A matters, including mergers, restructurings, and corporate governance.

About You:

  • You will have 2-8 years of post-qualification experience from a leading law firm.
  • England & Wales or Irish qualification would be of particular interest.
