Are you a Band 6 Occupational Therapist looking for a rewarding locum role in Devon? We have an exciting opportunity with great pay and flexibility!

Job Title: Occupational Therapist Band 6

Duration: Ongoing contract

Schedule: Flexible weekdays (part-time or full-time options available)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Locum Occupational Therapist and make a meaningful difference in the lives of elderly residents living with complex needs. In this role, you will:

Perform comprehensive assessments for patients with falls, dementia, frailty, and rehabilitation needs

Create and implement personalised care and rehabilitation plans

Deliver evidence-based treatments to promote independence and well-being

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, person-centred care

Maintain clear, accurate patient records in line with best practice standards

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A current and valid HCPC registration

Proven experience in elderly care, falls prevention, dementia support, and frailty rehabilitation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a care home setting

A passion for improving quality of life for older adults

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers flexible scheduling with availability needed on weekdays. The contract is ongoing with a strong potential for extension based on performance and service needs.
