The role:
Carers report to the Nurse Manager and Senior Care Co-ordinator. Training is organized in-house, with induction involving specific clients.
Additional training and career development are encouraged and supported by the Nurse Manager.
We require monthly reports on your allocated clients. The Nurse Manager and Care Co-ordinator visit clients regularly.

Previous experience essential, with broad knowledge of care needs and the ability to recognize changes in condition.
