This is a fantastic opportunity for a general dentist to join a highly regarded fully private dental practice in Norwich. The practice is independently owned and run by two experienced principals, one of whom is retiring, while the other is looking to reduce clinical hours. As such, the incoming dentist will be stepping into a busy, well-maintained list, with no need to build from scratch. The practice has over 2000 active private patients and receives regular new enquiries, offering a steady and reliable flow of patients from day one.

The role is ideally suited to a dentist with at least one year of post-foundation experience in practice, confident in providing high-quality general dentistry and in maintaining lasting patient relationships. A calm, personable chairside manner and the ability to communicate well with private patients is key. While there is no requirement for advanced skills, dentists with an interest in restorative or cosmetic work will find plenty of scope to develop their clinical interests.

The practice operates with just two modern surgeries, a therapist, and three hygienists. There is full clinical freedom, and the team is keen to ensure the right fit through a no-pressure trial process. It’s a friendly and supportive environment, where team stability and a good work-life balance are valued. Implant placement is already provided by one of the partners, so while support for restoring is available, the role is not suited to a dentist seeking to place implants themselves.

The incoming dentist will benefit from a 50% split on private and lab work, and will be fully supported by experienced colleagues and nursing staff.

Successful candidates will be fully registered with the GDC and have experience of providing private dental treatment in the UK.
