Description

Part-time PRIVATE dentist required for 2 days per week in a FULLY PRIVATE & independently owned practice in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.

1. FRIDAY IS MUST + 1 other day from MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY
2. Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm
3. Take Home circa £4K+
4. 50% split on Private & Labs
5. Hygienist on-site
6. 4 Fully computerised surgeries
7. Mostly simple plan patients
8. List largely of Long term plan patients
9. Newly qualified Dentists welcome to apply
10. Digital X-Ray, Rotary Endo, Intraoral

Compliance Requirements

• Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
• Local Area Team confirmation
• GDC certificate
• UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
• Indemnity certificate
• Passport
• Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
• Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
• Degree certificate
• CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
• IRMER
• PIN number
