ZEST Dental Recruitment working in partnership with an established private dental practice is seeking to recruit a Private Dentist.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced general dentist to join a high-quality, independent practice in the heart of Brentwood. The practice has been operating successfully as a specialist orthodontic clinic and has now expanded its vision to offer general dental services in response to strong patient demand.

The successful candidate will be the first general dentist at the site, with full autonomy to build and shape the service. With new private patient enquiries already coming through consistently, there is huge potential to quickly establish a busy and rewarding list. The clinic is modern and well-equipped, providing a comfortable and professional working environment.

The role would particularly suit a clinician with an interest in Endodontics, though this is not essential. The principal is supportive, hands-on, and committed to helping the new dentist succeed, while also offering freedom and flexibility in how they practice.

Successful candidates will be fully registered with the GDC and have experience of providing private dental treatment in the UK.
