StepStone Group in London is seeking an Analyst to join the Private Debt team. You will review investment opportunities, conduct due diligence on fund managers, and help develop recommendations for the Investment Committee.

The role provides exposure to Primary Funds, Separately Managed Accounts, Secondaries and Co-Investments, and requires collaboration with Partners and peers to articulate findings in written materials and meetings.

Competenze

• BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Accounting or another relevant field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of academic success and strong analytical abilities.

Mansioni

• Interpret financial analyses prepared by target fund managers, including investment track records and financial statement analysis.
• Support Senior Research staff in managing and tracking the inflow of investment opportunities.
• Assess marketing materials from prospective fund managers to identify key value drivers.
• Develop recommendations and communicate analysis to Investment Committee meetings.
