An elite US firm with one of the strongest specialist private credit teams (Chambers & Partners and L500), are looking to hire a mid-level Solicitor class of 2020.

This US practice boasts one of the fastest growth trajectories in London, complemented by their pan-European presence and US footprint. The team is renowned for their lender-side expertise within private credit, top-ranked for their mid-market and big-ticket presence amongst borrowers. They are also strategically building their syndicated bank market focus and sponsor-side practice.

You will be joining one of the most influential teams within the finance market, advising on complex private credit financings, including take-privates, leveraged, acquisition, and fund finance, for global private equity clients, funds, and portfolio companies. You will be part of a growing practice offering strong promotional prospects and client exposure.

Requirements:
  • England & Wales or Common law qualified lawyer, class of 2020
  • Leverage finance experience, specializing in private credit transactions
  • Experience in a Middle Market, Senior Counsel, US, or top-international firm
