Our client, an elite US City law firm is seeking a talented Private Credit Associate (3-5 PQE) to join its high-performing London Finance team. The Role

You'll work across a broad spectrum of financing matters, including:

• Unitranche, SSRCF, mezzanine, and PIK structures
• Direct lending and special situations
• Fund-level and structured finance
• Syndicated loans and capital markets
• Distressed lending and restructuring

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor with 3-5 PQE from a leading US, Magic Circle, or Silver Circle law firm
• Prior experience in one or more of the relevant workstreams, and be passionate about developing a well rounded practice
• Strong technical skills across a range of finance transactions
• Commercial acumen and a client-first mindset
• Enthusiasm for special situations and complex deal structuring
• A proactive, collaborative approach to execution
