A top-tier Private Markets firm is looking to hire a Senior Operations Manager for their growing Private Credit business. The successful candidate will manage a team across several locations, overseeing all operational activities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations for private credit portfolios, including loan closing, settlements, cash management, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Ensure accurate NAV calculations and investor reporting.
• Oversee investment monitoring and performance reporting for funds.
• Supervise regulatory compliance and fund audits.
• Manage a team of investment controllers and loan operations staff, including performance reviews and development planning.
• Ensure operational readiness for new fund launches and platform integrations.
• Lead strategic projects, including data and technology enhancements.
• Provide guidance on fund structures and structured credit instruments.

Experience Needed:
