Job Description:

A successful Private Credit firm is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to join their dynamic team. The role focuses on investor communications related to credit strategies, covering the entire client lifecycle in collaboration with senior leaders to support business development. Prior experience in investor relations within private markets, particularly private credit, is essential.

The responsibilities include:

• Creating and maintaining presentation materials, investor reports, and communications in collaboration with business leaders and teams.
• Supporting business development initiatives, fundraising efforts, and senior leadership projects.
• Handling a hybrid role of Client Service, Sales Support, and Investor Relations, with future responsibilities leaning more towards asset raising for existing clients.
• Maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Coordinating with portfolio managers and department heads, demonstrating professionalism and confidence to gather required information.
• Managing the entire client lifecycle, including pitches, prospectuses, DDQs, RFPs, onboarding, ongoing communications, reporting, and bespoke services.

Ideal Candidate:

• 2-4 years of experience in investor relations or client services.
• Direct lending private credit experience is mandatory.
• Team player with a professional attitude, capable of engaging with all team levels, including senior stakeholders.
• Ability to produce detailed and creative information for investors.
• Skilled at managing multiple projects and prioritizing effectively.
• Strong work ethic, motivation, and intellectual curiosity.
