Job summary

Citi London is seeking an AVP to join the Spread Products team in Private Credit, focusing on origination, credit analysis, underwriting and risk monitoring.

You will work with Private Markets Coverage, ICM, Banking and Risk, building financial models and drafting term sheets while navigating UK market regulations and ensuring disciplined P&L management.

Qualifications

• Strong corporate finance skill set with the ability to perform corporate credit analysis.
• Deep understanding of fixed income products, including loans and bonds.
• Proficiency in market analysis and risk management techniques.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Origination, credit analysis, underwriting, and monitoring of single name private credit transactions.
• Financial analysis, due diligence and projection modeling.
• Structuring and drafting term sheets for new transactions.

We are seeking an AVP level to join our dynamic Spread Products team in London within the Single Name Private Credit business.

Primary Responsibilities of the role

• Origination, credit analysis, underwriting, and monitoring of single name private credit transactions




• Financial analysis, due diligence and projection modeling




• Structuring and drafting term sheets for new transactions
