Responsibilities

• Perform oversight and controls over the operational aspects of the private credit funds operated by Janus Henderson and administered by a third‑party administrator. Includes review of quarterly accounting and Net Asset Value (NAV) information, expense control and payment, investor statements for calls and distributions, and financial statements coordination with the administrator and audit team.
• Perform oversight and controls over the operational aspects of a crypto/blockchain focused private fund operated by Janus Henderson and administered by a third‑party administrator. Includes review of quarterly accounting and Net Asset Value (NAV) information, expense control and payment, investor statements for investors, and financial statements coordination with the administrator and audit team.
• Operate as the main contact for the fund management team to support completion of transactions, client commitments and board resolutions.
• Perform financial reporting and operational oversight of the Cayman and Delaware hedge fund range in support of the wider fund administration oversight team for alternative funds at JHI. Tasks include financial statements coordination with the administrator and audit team.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

Required skills

• Private Credit operational experience critical as we look to fill a skills gap
• Extensive Fund Accounting and Fund Financial Reporting experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to establish good working relationships with stakeholders
• Analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
• Enthusiastic, approachable and able to work well across teams
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks and actions
• Good working knowledge of Excel
• Ability to work with Copilot and embrace opportunities to embed AI within operating models

Annual Bonus Opportunity: This position may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on company, department, team, and individual performance.
