Are you a Band 6 Physiotherapist looking for a rewarding permanent role in North West London ? We have an exciting opportunity with a competitive salary and great benefits!

* Job Title: Community Physiotherapist (Band 6)

* Location: North West London

* Duration: Permanent

* Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time

* Start Date: ASAP

* Rate of Pay: �30,000 - �50,000 per annum (depending on experience)

What You'll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Community Physiotherapist and play a key role in supporting patients to regain independence and function within their own homes and community settings. In this role, you will:

- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients with a wide range of conditions
- Create and implement personalised care and rehabilitation plans
- Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes and independence
- Coordinate care by liaising with families, carers, and wider multidisciplinary teams
- Assess equipment needs to promote safety and function at home
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in line with professional standards
- Promote health and wellbeing to prevent deterioration or hospital admission

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

? A current and valid HCPC registration
? Experience working with adults in community rehabilitation or acute settings
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
? Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
? A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for community visits

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This is a permanent full-time position , working Monday to Friday , with flexibility where needed. Salary ranges from �30,000 to �50,000 per annum , depending on experience.
