Responsibilities

• Design and lead architecture for infrastructure technologies
• Build and maintain hybrid cloud products and services
• Engage with stakeholders including senior management
• Collaborate across teams and drive automation and security best practices
• Mentor and upskill team members in infrastructure engineering

Required Skills and Experience

• Expertise in hybrid cloud environments, particularly VMware (NSX, Aria), storage (Dell, NetApp), networking, and automation tools (Chef, Terraform, Ansible, Salt)
• Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, hybrid cloud solutions, fault management, performance tuning, and security standards
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Mentoring capabilities and familiarity with Agile methodologies

Preferred Certifications and Knowledge

• VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
• Azure VMware Solution (AVS)
• Databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
