A well-established regional practice in Bath is looking for an experienced Trust Executive to join their Private Client/Succession & Tax team. Private Client - Trust Executive - Bath

Chadwick Nott are instructed by a well-established regional practice who are seeking an experienced Trust Executive to join their highly regarded Private Client/Succession & Tax team in Bath.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with private clients and companies in a friendly and collaborative environment. You should have around 10 years plus PQE and experience managing your own caseload and be able to prioritise tasks effectively, working both independently and as part of a team.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Liaising with and reporting to trust beneficiaries
• Conducting annual trust reviews
• Drafting trust documentation
• Preparing trust tax returns for Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax, and Income Tax
• Administering day-to-day trust tasks, including investment data entry
• Reviewing and updating FATCA/GIIN status for trusts

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are key. As an integral member of the team you can expect to play an active role in business development and networking.
