Job summary

AJ Chambers is seeking a Private Client Tax Senior Manager to join its growing tax team in London. You will take ownership of a complex portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts and estates, with a strong emphasis on advisory work and shaping your own specialism.

You will lead advisory projects, develop client relationships, mentor junior staff and contribute to business development, with a clear progression pathway within a supportive, people-focused

Qualifications

• Experienced Private Client Tax professional at Manager/Senior Manager level.
• Strong technical and advisory background.
• Commercially minded with excellent communication skills.
• Confident managing client relationships and developing junior staff.
• Ambitious and keen to progress within a growing team.

A leading UK accountancy firm is looking to appoint a Private Client Tax Senior Manager to join its growing tax team.

The role offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of HNW/UHNW individuals, families, trusts and estates, with a strong focus on advisory work and the opportunity to shape your own specialism.

Key areas include:

• Inheritance Tax, succession and estate planning
• International and cross-border private client matters
• Residence, domicile and offshore structures
• OMB restructuring, acquisitions, demergers and profit extraction
• Tax disputes, HMRC enquiries and investigations
• Trust and personal tax advisory and compliance

You’ll take ownership of a complex client portfolio, lead advisory projects, build strong client relationships and support the development of junior team members. There is also scope to contribute to business development and the continued growth of the private client offering, with a clear progression pathway.
