Job summary

Insite US in London is seeking a Senior Manager / experienced Manager ready to step up to lead Private Client Tax work for HNW and UHNW individuals, families, trusts and complex international structures. The role focuses on advisory work with significant exposure beyond pure compliance.

You will work on private client tax planning, IHT and succession planning, international cross-border tax, offshore trust structures, restructurings, and tax due diligence, with direct Partner/Director exposure

Responsibilities

• Private client tax planning & advisory for HMRC and clients.
• IHT and succession planning for HNW/UHNW individuals and families.
• Cross-border and international tax considerations for complex structures.
• Oversight of offshore trust structures and restructuring projects.
• M&A, demergers and tax due diligence support.
• HMRC enquiries and dispute resolution handling.
• Direct Partner/Director exposure and leadership of the tax team.
• Mentoring and developing junior staff within the private client group.

This is far from a compliance-heavy private client role.

You'll work with HNW & UHNW individuals, families, trusts and complex international structures, with significant exposure to advisory work.
