The successful candidate will lead a team, identify advisory opportunities, and ensure high-quality outcomes while maintaining strong risk management and client communication standards.

Qualifications

• CTA qualification (or equivalent) required.
• Demonstrated thought leadership in tax advisory.

Responsibilities

• Support Tax Leadership in delivering bespoke tax advice and solutions.
• Deliver against KPI targets for individuals and the team.
• Contribute to service line and office business development.
• Coach and develop junior staff.
