Armstrong Watson LLP is seeking a Private Client Tax Manager to join their national Tax Consultancy team at the Kendal office. This position involves delivering Tax Advisory Services, proactive planning, and managing various projects while supporting junior team members.

Ideal candidates should be CTA qualified (desirable) with experience in advisory projects, along with strong communication and teamwork skills. The role provides competitive salary and benefits, fostering career development in an award-winning firm.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Experience leading advisory projects.
• Knowledge of Agricultural Tax and Trust matters is desirable.
• A Full UK Driving Licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with clients and delivering Private Client Tax Advisory Services.
• Delivering proactive Tax planning advice for clients.
• Managing service line projects and reviewing team members' work.
• Monitoring work in progress, recoveries and billing.
• Having formal line management responsibility of Tax Seniors and Trainees.
