Job summary

Identify Recruitment Ltd. is recruiting for a Senior Manager to join a leading London private client tax advisory team. You will work with entrepreneurs, UHNW individuals, fund principals and family offices on their most complex tax matters.

You’ll advise on wealth extraction, CGT planning, IHT and estate planning, and oversee trust structures while developing a junior team and spotting new advisory opportunities. This role offers senior leadership within a top private client practice in London.

• Broad private client technical knowledge
• Confidence with clients and a track record of converting new work
• Experience supervising and developing junior staff

Responsibilities

• Advise on wealth extraction from privately owned businesses
• Assist CGT planning on exits and major disposals
• Oversee complex IHT, estate and succession planning
• Structure trusts and reorganise generational wealth
• Navigate residence and long-term residence matters for UK and internationally mobile families
• Develop junior team and spot new advisory opportunities
• Manage own client portfolio and referrals across the firm
