The Role

The role requires high standards of technical service delivery to clients, ensuring accurate and timely advice in line with client requirements. It includes compliance and advisory work, as well as supporting other team members and the wider firm in delivering advice outside of the portfolio.

The position suits individuals with strong experience in Inheritance Tax, Trusts, Estates, and Partnerships.

  • Manage the client portfolio, build relationships with clients and their professional networks to ensure satisfaction, and identify opportunities for further support.
  • Develop and grow the department and firm by promoting the business, unearthing new opportunities, and securing new work with support from senior management and BD department.
  • Oversee and support your team in all aspects of the portfolio, ensuring deadlines and demands are met.
  • Support day-to-day team operations, achieving internal and external expectations, and assisting in strategic planning.
  • Consult with external advisors to deliver high-level tax advice.
  • Manage workflow and delegate work to your team, providing ongoing support.

Experience

The role is suitable for individuals with a solid background in Personal/Private Client Tax. While qualifications such as CTA, ATT, or ACCA are desirable, strong experience and practical knowledge are also valued.
