Private Client Tax Manager – London
A leading private client team in London is looking for an experienced Private Client Tax Manager to manage a sophisticated portfolio of HNWIs, non-doms, entrepreneurs, and family trusts. This is a hands-on role offering both compliance oversight and deep involvement in advisory projects.
Key Responsibilities:
•Managing a portfolio of private clients including UK res/non-res individuals, non-doms, and trusts
•Reviewing complex tax returns and ensuring timely submissions
•Leading tax planning assignments on topics such as inheritance tax, CGT, offshore structuring, and residence/domicile
•Supporting partners in business development and contributing to the firm’s knowledge base
•Mentoring junior staff and helping develop technical expertise across the team
Requirements:
•Minimum 5 years’ experience in personal tax with a strong private client focus
•In-depth knowledge of UK tax legislation, especially around non-doms and offshore matters
•Excellent communication and client-handling skills
•Ability to manage deadlines and deliver high-quality work across a varied caseload
