Pro-Finance is seeking a Private Client Tax Manager to join its growing Personal Tax team across Bristol, Taunton or Yeovil. The role focuses on compliance, managing client relationships and supporting junior colleagues in a collaborative environment.

The position offers a hybrid working model, a salary of £55,000–£65,000, and benefits including annual salary reviews, health plan, volunteering day, and more. A strong team player with ATT/CTA qualifications is preferred.

Qualifications

• ATT and/or CTA qualified.
• Experience in Private Client or Personal Tax at Manager level.
• Strong team player with collaborative approach.
• Excellent organisational and client relationship skills.

Responsabilités

• Managing a portfolio of private client tax compliance cases.
• Reviewing personal tax returns for accuracy and technical quality.
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, delivering excellent service.
• Supporting and developing trainees and junior team members.
• Collaborating with senior leadership and colleagues across the tax team.
• Ensuring deadlines are met and workflows are managed efficiently.
• Providing occasional support on advisory projects where appropriate.
