The primary responsibility involves acting as a point of contact for clients alongside partners and senior staff, managing a portfolio of existing clients, including billing and ad hoc consultancy work. Proactive workload management, supporting partners, and recognizing business opportunities are key aspects of the role.

Key Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of technical complexities faced by clients, with clear, practical advice
  • Expertise in private client matters, including trusts, estates, IHT, and succession planning for wealthy individuals and trustees
  • Up-to-date knowledge of taxation
  • Project and team management experience
  • Proven success in managing substantial client portfolios
  • Inquisitive nature to identify opportunities for enhancing client offerings
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders
  • CTA and/or STEP qualification or equivalent
