Qualifications

• Must hold professional accounting or tax qualification (CTA/ACA/ACCA).
• Experience managing private client portfolios in professional services.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• UK tax knowledge, particularly personal/private client taxation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of private clients and provide strategic tax advice.
• Oversee personal tax returns preparation and timely submission.
• Advise on inheritance tax, capital gains and other complex tax matters.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients with tailored solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client services and processes.
• Stay updated on tax legislation and inform clients of implications.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless service.
