Job summary

Lusona Consultancy is recruiting a Private Client Tax leader in Glasgow, hybrid working, for a major national firm. You will oversee an established private client portfolio including business owners, trustees and high net worth individuals, while driving advisory growth across Scotland.

As a senior figure in the Glasgow tax team, you will lead high-quality advisory work, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand the firm’s private client offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in Private Client/Personal Tax.
• Significant experience delivering complex advisory work.
• Excellent client relationship and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of high-quality private client advice to proprietors, trustees and high net worth individuals.
• Provide senior-level oversight of the private client compliance work by the wider team.
• Develop and expand the Glasgow private client portfolio across Scotland through business development.
• Attend meetings with clients and cross-sell advisory services across the firm.
