Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the private client tax department, providing high-level advice and strategy to a diverse portfolio of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their tax planning needs are met efficiently and effectively.
• Oversee tax compliance and advisory services, covering areas such as income tax, inheritance tax, capital gains tax, trusts, estates, and more.
• Provide technical leadership to junior tax team members, supporting their development and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Work closely with senior management and other departments to drive business development and identify opportunities for new client acquisitions and services.
• Stay up to date with changes in tax legislation and communicate these developments to clients as required.
